उज्जैन। विद्या भारती मालवा प्रांत के प्रशिक्षण, शैक्षिक अनुसंधान केन्द्र एवं प्रांतीय कार्यालय ’’सम्राट विक्रमादित्य भवन’’ में विद्यालय सचिवों के लिए विद्यालय प्रबंधन पर तीन दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन 12 से 14 फरवरी तक किया गया।
कार्यशाला में विद्या भारती मालवा द्वारा मार्गदर्शित सरस्वती विद्या मंदिरों की संचालन समितियों के सचिव सम्मिलित रहे। इस दौरान विशेष रूप से राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति- 2020 के अनुसार विद्यालय संचालन में भूमिका, ICT एवं वोकेशन एजूकेशन, विद्यालय का विकास, विजन-2025, आर्थिक नियोजन, शिक्षक कल्याणकारी योजना, हमारी संकल्पना, व्यवहार, संवाद आदि को सीखने/समझने का अवसर मिला।
मालवा प्रांत के सचिव प्रकाश धनगर जी ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति के अनुसार सभी विद्यालय अपग्रेड हो और इस दृष्टि से विद्यालय प्रबंधन को नई दिशा मिले, इस बारे में उपयोगी जानकारी दी गई।
Ujjain | A three-day workshop on School Management for school secretaries was organized from February 12 to 14 at Vidya Bharati Malwa Prant Training, Educational Research Center and Prantiya karyalya “Samrat Vikramaditya Bhawan”.
Secretaries of the steering committees of Saraswati Vidya Mandirs, guided by Vidya Bharati Malwa, participated in the workshop. During this, an opportunity to learn and understand according to the National Education Policy – 2020, the role in school operations, ICT and Vocation Education, school development, Vision-2025, economic planning, teacher welfare scheme, the concept, behavior, dialogue etc. was given.
Shri Prakash Dhangar, secretary of Malwa Prant gave useful information and said that according to the National Education Policy all schools should be upgraded and in this view school management should get a new direction.
